Phase 1: Initial Consult (free)
- Phone or video consultation
- Communicate goals of the organization
- Discuss possible ways of achieving those goals and the process moving forward
Phase 2: Assessment and Recommendations (flat fee)
- Gather and evaluate current plan, goals and materials used (website, graphics, brand, video, etc.)
- Recommend a strategy and plan moving forward (social media, branding, online presence, etc.)
- Organizations can use this plan and implement it on their own or continue working with us moving forward.
Phase 3: Implementation and Training (variable pricing)
- Begin first steps at achieving the discussed goals and strategies in Phase 2 (depending on the level of involvement and work, costs will vary during this step).
- Coach and train those who will be regular operators moving forward (website, graphics, brand, etc.)
- Empower and equip the church or organization to operate once we complete our services.
Phase 4: Follow-up and continued service (free)
- Continued availability to answer questions and concerns.
- Phone or video conferencing to maintain any necessary training following implementation.
- Send an assessment and review the continued success of the strategies (three months, six months, one year).
